Hmm...basic stuff. I am big into music. I don't play anything but I love to encourage and appreciate. Watching good live bar bands is one of my favorite things to do.
I like off the beaten path kind of places. The big and the flashy, the lights and the noise have a once and a while kind of appeal, but not on a constant basis.
I have a hidden nerdy side.
I love to laugh. Its one of my favorite past-times.

| MUSIC: | You wanna talk music? I'm pretty ecclectic when it comes to music.
Jam bands, 80's, classic rock, rap, oldies, motown, pop...you name it. Of course their are certain genres I gravitate towards, but I try not to be closed minded about things.
I like music that has a timeless sound. Something I know I can still listen to in 10 or 20 years and not as a joke.
I'm not much into the music of the mainstream. I personally hold MTV responsible for draining the soul out of music.
I LOVE the sound of the guitar and the feeling I get during a melodic solo.
I think the four minute rule is silly. Play an 8 minute song and play it with your soul!

| MOVIES: | I'm a big fan of romantic comedies. I love the elaborate plots and schemes that never seem to happen in real life. Actually make that comedies in general...sometimes you just need to be goofy.
I like cheesy 80's flicks. They were simpler and that made them fantastic. When was the last time a blockbuster was made about detention?
I've learned I prefer movies with dialogue...good character development...a PLOT!! Big explosions...long car chases...eh. I can take 'em or leave 'em.

I am a big fan of the Food Network. My favorite show is "Good Eats" with Alton Brown. Just because you get the science behind the food. Cooking with a twist of nerd. LOVE IT!
HA! I am also an avid watcher of South Park and I am not ashamed of it.
My third and final show that I will watch is Scrubs. That show is hilarious!
