I was born and raised in this city. The love that I have for Detroit is undying. I will always love Detroit.
I am pleased with the positive changes that Ive seen and want to see a whole lot more.

Nu-soul, Classic soul, Hip-Hop (old & new school), Gospel (hip hop, rock & soul), Rock(progressive & classic rock), Jazz (bebop, hard-bop, classic), Classical (my intrest spawned with movie soundtracks), Dance, Electronic, House....whateva'!!!! If its done well, Im lovin' it.

| MOVIES: | Sin City(comic book gore), Ancor Man(crude college boy potty humor), Roll Bounce (I like to rollerskate), Star Wars (Any Star Wars), Four Rooms, Resivor Dogs, Hitch, Iron Monkey (I LOVE KUNG FU FLICKS, EVEN THE CORNY ONES), Lord of the Rings, Shallow Hal, The Passion of the Christ (DEEP), The Shawshank Redemption, Double Take (Eddie Griffin), Pulp Fiction, Get Shorty, Hoffa, INDIANA JONES (Ive been watching the same three films for YEARS), Out of Sight (George Clooney & Jennifer Lopez in Detroit), Hotel Rwanda, Ray, Scary Movie 1,2 (The appeal ended at 2 then picked back up @ 4), Spiderman & X-men (I like Superhero flix)......the list goes on.

| INFLUENCES: | My main influence is creativity. Creativity is elemental; I believe the ultimate and sole creative force in the universe is Love. With out Love nothing would exsist.
This Love is exactly what I want for the City of Detroit. Its the only thing that can ever make a difference.

| BOOKS: | I like Historic Fiction like Angels & Demons, I enjoy short stories, some poetry (I perfer to write my own) I study Bible scriptures to remain grounded(Lots of Proverbs), I like Science Fiction Novels and Suspense thrillers...Authors I like are Nora Roberts, Langston Hughes, Lee Strobel, Dan Brown (his Science Fiction is Great, I dont agree with the stance he takes on his Historical Fiction a la Davinci Code), Richard Wright, CS Lewis, J. R. R. Tolkien, James Baldwin, Maya Angelo, ...etc.
